In the current world scenario, millions of people lose their jobs on an yearly basis due to rapid technological change. The pandemic forced all to take a hard reset at how we work. There’s more reliance than ever now on technology, to make work happen. Work from Home (WFH) is the new normal across almost all sectors of the economy. A majority of the job loss occurs when the job type ceases to exist. Even the rural regions are adversely affected due to this. To cope with the large skill gap of fresh graduates has made it imperative to bridge this phenomena and it highlights the need for upskilling.
