We believe that teachers are the backbone to the growth and development of any nation and that they serve as the building blocks to shape and develop one’s under-developed skill and potential. Considering the significance of the role of teachers, it is important to empower them with necessary tools to ensure that they have the best skills and knowledge to impart to their students. The School Teacher Training Program offered by Percolate focuses on the development of rural school teachers to enhance their teaching capabilities which eventually impacts the students’ learning outcomes. The intervention focuses on content, pedagogy, integration of information technology and continuous learning attitude to strengthen teaching practices in school.
